This gathering was made possible through the collective effort of four organizations dedicated to advancing the beauty industry:

• Male Cosmetologists Association (MCA)

• Association of Natural Hair Care Professionals (ANHC PRO)

• Atlanta Black Chambers’ Beauty Industry Initiative (BBII)

• Concerned Beauty and Barber Professionals (CBBP)

Together, these partners brought voices from across the industry into one space, creating the foundation for authentic networking and meaningful exchange.

For professionals who operate in multiple spaces and serve a variety of client types, clarity in how you show up is essential.
